We offer an exciting selection of educational toys and games, and a rich variety of music, art, dance and play. The children are therefore encouraged and supported in their natural development and desire to learn, in line with the current curriculum, whilst embracing the principle of learning through play. Surrounded by a group of ready-made friends, children discover the value of social relationships, a discovery that will last all their lives. It is a homely environment that gives reassurance and familiarity in a well equipped building with a garden and play area which is well stocked with play equipment for all ages, as well as a children's planting area, and a pets corner.

Babies are given plenty of time to progress at their own pace, to learn to talk, build trusting relationships, crawl, walk, explore and make exciting discoveries about their environment.
Toddlers are enchanted by everything the world has to offer, they learn to share and to grow in independence, while our pre-schoolers develop self-esteem and begin to take responsibility for their choices and actions, learning to understand that words and numbers carry meaning.

Other My Day Nursery activities include outings to the local shops, library, park and sometimes a little further afield, to a Wildlife Park or a farm, trips on which parents are always welcome to join us.

The nurseries are staffed by a great team of enthusiastic professionals, including a full time Nursery Manager, Nursery Nurses and trained assistants, who have access to regular training and development, so the children enjoy a level of constant and expert care that is hard to beat.
